EMMA: Hi, I'd like to sign up for a museum membership, please.
RECEPTIONIST: Of course. Can I take your last name?
EMMA: It's Wilson — W-I-L-S-O-N. [Q1: Wilson]
RECEPTIONIST: And which type of membership would you like? We offer Individual, Family, and Student.
EMMA: I'll go with the Family membership, since my children visit too. [Q2: Family]
RECEPTIONIST: Great. When would you like it to start?

Section 2 — City Tour Guide Briefing

GUIDE: Welcome everyone to the Old Town walking tour! Let me run through a few details. The tour lasts three hours, so make yourselves comfortable. [Q11: B] Please make sure you're wearing comfortable shoes, as there's quite a bit of walking on cobbled streets. [Q12: C]
Today we'll visit the Old Market, the Clock Tower, Riverside Park, the Cathedral and the City Museum. Note that the National Theatre is not part of today's route — that's a separate tour. [Q13: A]
